One
Christian Voice - 4.9¢/minute, but they don't even tell you
what the billing increment is, and they charge a $6.95 monthly
fee! We offer
3.9¢/minute Christian long distance, with no fees. There is
more than one Christian voice.
Promise Keepers Long Distance - 6.9¢/minute...need I say more? If you want to help Promise Keepers, sign up for our service and give the difference to them, which is more than they are getting now. We
offer 3.9¢/minute Christian long distance, with no fees.
Lifeline Long Distance- Too many plans to choose from, PLUS
they have fees for everything. Monthly account fee...monthly toll-free service
fee
(and
15¢/minute!).
As if all this isn't bad enough, this company that claims to be "serving God" uses
MCI/Worldcom for some of its services. With our service, you'll have nothing
to do with MCI, AT&T or Sprint. Christian's
Guide to Long Distance.) In December 2003, Lifeline's parent company, AmeriVision
Communications Inc., filed for bankruptcy protection.
Promisevision Long Distance ( or Promise Vision ) - They
have more plans than Lifeline, and the best is 5¢/minute with a $45 annual
fee! Again,
instead of using them and assigning 15% of your bill to go to your favorite
charity, you'd be better off using our service and donating directly to the
charity. You'll save money, PLUS get the tax deduction for the donation.
Our plan is better than any of these, and with us you never have to worry about us secretly using MCI, AT&T Sprint for your long distance service.

Non-Christian Long Distance Services
There are WAY too many to list them all here, but let me just say two things:
- Watch out for hidden fees and longer billing increments. Read the Fine Print. I have yet to find an offer that is a better deal than our 3.9¢/minute no-fee service, including IDT.
- Many, if not all, of these companies use MCI, Sprint or AT&T for their services. Even if they don't, they're not a Christian company, so would not be supporting God's work.

Prepaid Calling Cards
Another option is to use prepaid calling cards to get a good rate on long distance. The most popular one is the Sam's Club calling card from...guess who?...AT&T. ( Most prepaid calling cards have ridiculous fees and multi-minute billing increments that make your per minute rate MUCH higher than you think.
We offer a great 3.9¢/minute
calling card. It has no hidden fees, with one-minute billing increments.
